このたび、お客様により安心してご予約いただけるよう、
ご宿泊日変更に関する規約の一部を見直しいたしました。

これまで、ご予約後の日程変更およびキャンセルにつきましては、
いずれも宿泊料金の3.5%の手数料を頂戴しておりましたが、

ご宿泊日の14日前までのお申し出に限り、日程変更を手数料無料にて承ります。

ご予定が流動的な場合でも、安心してご予約いただけますと幸いです。

■ 手数料無料での日程変更について

・ご宿泊日の14日前 23:59までのお申し出であること
・日程変更は1回まで（2回目以降は所定の手数料を頂戴いたします）
・変更先の日程に空きがある場合に限ります

※平日から週末・ハイシーズンなどへご変更の場合、差額が発生する際は追加決済をお願いいたします。
※差額が生じ返金となる場合は、ご予約時にご利用いただいたクレジットカードへ返金処理を行います。

Previously, for any changes to your reservation dates or cancellations after booking,
we charged a fee of 3.5% of the total accommodation cost.

However, we are now offering free date changes for requests made up to 14 days prior to your stay.

We hope this allows you to book with confidence, even if your plans are subject to change.

■ About Fee-Free Date Changes
・Requests must be made by 11:59 PM, 14 days prior to your stay.
・Date changes are limited to one time (a standard fee will apply for the second and subsequent changes).
・This applies only if the new dates are available.

*If you change your reservation from a weekday to a weekend or peak season, and a price difference arises, we will request an additional payment.
*If a price difference results in a refund, we will process the refund to the credit card used at the time of booking.
