当施設は山梨県 道志村に位置し、12月～3月は路面積雪・凍結が発生する可能性がございます。
そのため、必ずタイヤチェーンをご用意いただくか、スタッドレスタイヤ装備でお越しくださいませ。

また、お越しいただく際に凍結の恐れがある場合、
「道志みち」からではなく、山中湖側からの迂回ルートの方が勾配がゆるやかなためおすすめです。

冬の山中湖からの景色は格別に美しく、12498番地はさらに静けさに包まれ、
施設内にございますプライベートサウナを存分にご堪能いただけます。
ぜひ温かい格好でお越しください。

また、サウナをご利用予定のお客様におかれましては
多めにタオルやお着替えをお持ちいただくことをおすすめしております。

露天風呂は冬季・気温が氷点下の際は水道管凍結によりご利用いただけません。

Important Notice for Guests Staying During the Winter Season

Thank you very much for your continued support of Rental Villa 12498 in Doushi.

Our villa is located in Doushi Village, Yamanashi Prefecture.
From December to March, there is a possibility of snow or icy road conditions in the surrounding area.
Please make sure to equip your vehicle with snow chains or studless winter tires before your visit.

When there is a risk of road freezing, we recommend taking the route from the Yamanakako side,
as it has gentler slopes compared to the “Doushi-michi” road.

The winter scenery around Lake Yamanaka is exceptionally beautiful,
and at Rental Villa 12498, you can enjoy even deeper tranquility during this season.
Please come well-prepared with warm clothing and take full advantage of our private sauna.

For guests planning to use the sauna,
we recommend bringing extra towels and a change of clothes for your comfort.

Please note that the open-air bath may be unavailable during periods of sub-zero temperatures
due to frozen water pipes.
