- This villa operates as a self-service private stay.There are no on-site staff (except in case of emergency).
- Guests are required to light the firewood, prepare meals, and manage their stay independently.
- Please note that firewood is not included in the accommodation fee.
If you wish to use the sauna or fireplace, firewood can be purchased as an optional add-on.

Reservations for the annex alone are not accepted.
〈Cancellation Policy〉
Same day: 100% of accommodation fee
1 day before: 100%
2–10 days before: 50%
Please note that a 3.5% handling fee will be charged for cancellations or date changes made for personal reasons.
・If you shorten your stay after booking, the full amount for the canceled nights will be charged regardless of the number of days.
※In case of natural disasters or road closures preventing access to the villa, cancellation fees may be waived.

- Only service dogs (guide dogs or assistance dogs) are permitted in the Main Villa . All other pets are allowed in The Annex – Hanare only.
- Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to stay without an accompanying adult.
