Guests staying with pets are kindly requested to read and agree to the following policy before making a reservation.
This policy is intended to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests and their pets.
【Pet Accommodation Policy】
□ To ensure comfort during your stay, restrictions apply to the number and size of dogs allowed.
・Up to 2 medium-sized dogs (19kg or less)
・Up to 1 large dog (20kg or more)
□ Pet-accompanied stays are available only in the Annex (Hanare). Additional accommodation fees per dog apply.
Accommodation Fees
1 dog: ¥8,800 (incl. tax)
Annex usage fee ¥5,500 + 1 dog ¥3,300
2 dogs: ¥12,100 (incl. tax)
Annex usage fee ¥5,500 + 2 dogs ¥6,600
□ Only pets meeting the following conditions may stay:
・Vaccinated against rabies and viral infectious diseases (at least a 4-type combination vaccine)
・Vaccinations completed at least two weeks prior to arrival, and the dog has received flea and tick prevention treatment
・Indoor dogs only
□ Only dogs over six months old are accepted.
□ Dogs must be properly house-trained.
If your dog tends to mark territory, please ensure they wear a male wrap (belly band) inside.
□ Dogs must be well-behaved and not cause disturbances to neighboring residents.
We cannot accept dogs with aggressive tendencies or a history of biting.
□ For safety reasons, dogs in heat (from the first day and up to four weeks), or pregnant dogs, are not allowed.
□ Please ensure your dog wears identification (such as a tag or license) to prevent loss.
□ To prevent small wild animals (such as weasels or field mice) from entering the building, rodent repellent is placed in certain areas.
These are located in inaccessible spaces; however, please keep your dog on a leash outdoors and do not allow access to the main villa.
【Important Notes for Your Stay】
□ Please check the Pet Accommodation Area Map before your stay, and refrain from entering restricted areas with your pet.
(Restricted areas include all parts of the main villa, the barrel sauna, hammock terrace, and other designated areas shown on the map.)
□ Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the open-air bath.
□ Please stop your dog immediately if they bark excessively, mount, or otherwise disturb nearby residents or staff.
□ Please bring your own leash. Dogs must always be kept on a leash when outside the annex room to prevent accidents or disturbances.
□ Pet owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
If your dog urinates, please pour sufficient water to rinse the area thoroughly.
Please ensure that excrement is collected in a sanitary bag and disposed of in the designated pet waste bin.
【In-Room Guidelines】
□ Please do not allow your dog to get on the bed or bedding.
□ Pets are not permitted inside the main villa.
Bathing or washing pets in guest room bathrooms is prohibited.
□ Please wipe your dog’s feet before re-entering the room.
□ If your dog urinates or marks indoors (outside the provided pet sheet), please clean it using the tools provided in the room and report it via the contact form on our website.
□ Any damage or staining of furniture, fixtures, or property caused by pets may incur a compensation charge equivalent to the repair or replacement cost.
□ When leaving your dog unattended or when sleeping, please ensure your dog is safely placed in a crate (kennel).
□ The following pet amenities are provided:
Cage (120×80×71cm), pet sheets, food bowls (×2), waste bin, plastic bags, wet wipes for paws, lint roller, simple cleaning tools, and leash hooks (5 locations within the facility).
□ All pet-related amenities and consumables are shared among guests. They are cleaned and disinfected after each use.
Please do not take them home. Kindly use them responsibly.
【Liability and Agreement】
□ If any false information is provided upon reservation, or if the terms of this policy are violated during the stay, the facility reserves the right to refuse accommodation.
Please understand this in advance.
□ The facility shall not be held responsible for any injuries, deaths, or escapes of pets, nor for any damages or incidents involving other pets, wild animals, or guests.
All such responsibility lies solely with the pet owner.
□ The pet owner is fully liable for any damage, contamination, or injury to staff or other guests caused by their pets. In such cases, the facility may charge the full amount required for repair or compensation.
□ In case of persistent noise complaints or violation of facility rules despite warnings, the facility reserves the right to terminate the stay.
Please note that in such cases, no refund will be provided.
